Frequently asked
I lost my progress.

Brainrot Bills saves progress on your device and does not sync it through a game account or a developer-operated cloud service. Deleting the app or clearing its data can erase the local save. A device backup or transfer may preserve it, depending on your platform and backup settings; this is not guaranteed. We cannot restore a lost save. The game also keeps a local backup for recovery if its main save cannot be loaded — email us if it does not recover.

How does advertising work?

In Brainrot Bills on iOS, ads are shown between runs, and any in-app purchase removes them. The iOS edition has no rewarded ads. The Google Play edition has ads, including optional rewarded ads, and no in-app purchases. The Google Play release is not yet publicly available.

How do I report an ad?

In Brainrot Bills, tap VIBE CHECK, then REPORT AN AD. It opens your mail app with a message to us, ready to send: tell us what the ad showed and when, and attach a screenshot if you can. We look into every report and block the ad where we can find it.

How do I change my privacy or ad settings?

In Brainrot Bills, tap VIBE CHECK, then PRIVACY CHOICES. On iOS, PRIVACY CHOICES appears only while you allow tracking in Apple's prompt. If you select Ask App Not to Track, ads are not personalised and this control is hidden. To change tracking permission, use the iPhone or iPad's Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. In the Android edition, PRIVACY CHOICES lets you review or change your advertising choice.

Are there in-app purchases?

The iOS edition of Brainrot Bills supports optional one-off unlocks, and buying any of them also removes the advertisements shown between runs. Remove Ads is a one-time purchase that removes those ads. This edition does not offer rewarded ads. Some unlocks add content or options: two more campaign workshops, a reroll of the bonus pick on every bill, and optional Overtime rules. The extra hammers change how you swing and hit targets; they do not increase the cash value of an egg. The rest are cosmetic: guest eggs, a glowed-up workshop, and new music and sounds. These purchases are permanent, not subscriptions, and Brainrot Bills is fully playable without them. Cosmetic items change nothing about how the game plays. The Google Play edition has no in-app purchases.

Purchases are handled by Apple, not by us. To restore a purchase, tap DRIP SHOP, then RESTORE PURCHASES. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policy; a refunded unlock is removed the next time the game checks with the store.

If a purchase is requested through Ask to Buy, Apple sends it to a parent for approval and the unlock arrives once approved.

Is the game suitable for children?

Brainrot Bills is designed primarily for players aged 13 and over and is not directed to children under 13. The App Store content rating is separate from this intended audience and varies by country or region. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the game, email us.
