1. Acceptance
By downloading or playing a game published by Alulim Games (a "Game") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Game on a device you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
3. What you may not do
- Reverse engineer, decompile or modify the Game, except where that right cannot be excluded by law.
- Redistribute, sell, rent or sublicense the Game.
- Use cheats, automation or modified clients to alter gameplay or advertising behaviour.
- Use the Game unlawfully, or in a way that harms other users or us.
4. Advertising
Our Games are free and supported by advertising. Rewarded advertisements are optional. Advertising content comes from third-party networks and we do not control it; if you see an advertisement you believe breaches policy, please report it to us.
5. Your saved progress
Game progress is stored on your device. We do not host it and cannot restore it if it is lost, for example by deleting the app or changing device.
6. Intellectual property
The Game, its name, artwork, audio, code and design are owned by Alulim Games or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws.
7. No warranty
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alulim Games is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Where changes are material we will update the date above and, where appropriate, surface the change in the Game.
10. App store terms
Your use of the Game is also subject to the terms of the store you obtained it from. Apple and Google are not parties to these Terms and are not responsible for the Game or for support.
